2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required to make a warranty claim.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund for the defective item may be issued.

  • Return shipping for warranty claims will be covered by ALYHAUS.

5. Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ALYHAUS.

  • ALYHAUS is not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages related to the product.
